Offline-First Sales PWA

Built for the sales team at Resilient Structures, a manufacturer of composite utility poles and infrastructure products for the power grid industry. Their reps demo products at trade shows and utility conferences where reliable internet is rarely a given. The app syncs spec sheets, PDFs, videos, and images from a WordPress backend and caches everything locally — once synced, the entire library works fully offline. Designed around an iPad-first experience with a manual update flow so reps stay in control of when large downloads happen.

The architecture prioritizes resilience over connectivity. Content updates are checked silently in the background, but downloads are deferred until the user opts in — critical when bandwidth is limited and a sales conversation can't be interrupted by a loading spinner. Built with React, TypeScript, Zustand for state management, and Workbox for service worker orchestration.
