Owned the automated testing suite at Pico MES, a manufacturing execution system for discrete manufacturers, growing coverage from 5 validation tests to 50+ end-to-end Playwright tests across all critical user flows. Built CI/CD infrastructure including PR-based ephemeral environments, implemented role-based auth testing across permission levels, and stood up OpenTelemetry-based performance monitoring — collectively reducing deployment risk and improving developer confidence.

Senior Software Engineer
Built full-stack product management and live-commerce tooling at Complex NTWRK, a live-streaming auction marketplace, using React, React Native, Next.js, GraphQL, and Go. Reduced Shopify dependency with a custom product system contributing to a 3% revenue lift, modernized the legacy raffle platform by migrating to GraphQL with concurrent draw queuing, and externalized internal tooling to onboard external sellers — directly driving user growth.
